Did U see Shobhade's eulogies for Sachin?

All her attributes to a man, Supreme in Cricket and outside the Cricket world, as far her observations, may be reasonable. But the 'Mubaikar issue' that coiled onto him, has larger significance than being a mere comparison between him and a "tiger", political. Obviously, no politician, as a rank, self-seeking, socially worthless, could ever match with an achiever of sacin's calibre. This point needs no elaboration. But his statement, "Mumbai belongs to all Indians", though a "Constitutional truth", needs to be examined broadly. Mumbai may belong to everybody. But should not somebody belong to Mumbai, as thoroughly as to live-by and conserve all its characteristics?
Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and many others aren't cities, merely meant to offer jobs and livelihood to anybody fleeing from homes. Besides, they value their own culture, tradition and distinct ways of living that add unique colours, fragrance and flavours to life. People coming in search of a living and finding it in abundance, somewhere, should try to accept and appreciate its cultural spirit, as well. On the other hand, if they try to perpetuate their separateness and fight for it as their right, they will be contaminating the cultural atmosphere of the land, gives them a peaceful asylum!
''Indianness'' exists only as a blend of ''Marathiness'', ''Kanndaness'', ''Bengaliness'' and so on. It remains incomplete if any one of these is mistreated!
